Article Processing Charges (APC)
To support the cost of high-quality peer review, editorial management, manuscript production, online hosting, long-term archiving, and global dissemination of published articles, the journal follows an Article Processing Charge (APC) model.
There are no submission fees. Authors are required to pay the APC only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

Waivers & Discounts
The journal is committed to supporting authors from all regions. Waivers and discounts are considered on a case-by-case basis, including:
- Partial waivers for authors from Low-Income Countries.
- Benefits for Editorial Board Members
- Special issue–based discounts or waivers, when applicable
Payment Process
- APC is payable only after the manuscript is accepted.
- Payments are processed through a third-party backend service provider.
- A secure payment link will be shared via email for accepted articles.
- Upon receipt of payment, the article will proceed to final publication.
Refund Policy
- APCs are non-refundable once the manuscript is formally published.
- If an article is withdrawn before final publication due to author-related reasons, the APC may be waived or partially reduced at the discretion of the Editorial Office.
